He batted and threw right-handed. Born in Round Oak, Georgia, Bill Cash was a catcher who spent one season in the Mexican League and played for two minor league teams, in the early 1950s. Eventually, he played at third base and outfield.
In addition, he spent time in the Dominican, Mexican Pacific and Venezuelan winter leagues.
