He was drafted by the New England Patriots in the second round of the 1986 NFL Draft. He played college football at Indiana State. Glenn also played for the San Diego Chargers, New Orleans Saints, Minnesota Vikings, and New York Giants.
Glenn intercepted 35 passes during his career.
He ranks #25 on the San Diego Chargers career interceptions list (12 INTs). He is currently tied at #18 (14 INTs) on the Minnesota Vikings career interceptions list.
Glenn is the record holder for longest interception return in Chargers history, after scoring on a 103-yard return against the Denver Broncos in 1987.
