He represents one of the most influential figures in Serbian but also regional culture, in the fields of psychology, psychotherapy, psychiatry, theology and literature. With more than 200 books, articles and essays, he is one of the most fruitful contemporary writers in the Serbian language. He was also a full professor of the School of Orthodox Theology, University of Belgrade, teaching the pastoral psychology.
