His debut single "Diary" charted on Top 40 radios and on Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs. His follow-up was "Up Against The Wall" from European Parliament Page One and "Drink My Love Away" from his 2012 debut album This One"s Foreign Tino Coury was passionate about music early on though it was clear sports was priority.
Tino was planning to pursue his higher education on a football scholarship until he suffered a devastating injury during a football game his senior year in high school playing for the Chartiers Valley Colts.
He then turned prioritized music in his life. He had taught himself to play guitar, then continued learning the piano, bass, and drums until he was writing his own songs.
He now uses the discipline, practice, and commitment that he used on the playing field and transferred all of that to his music Since the May 2010 release of his single "Diary" which charted at over fifty Top 40 and Rhythmic radio stations, and that also reached number 11 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs.

Billboard magazine, in a review of “Diary,” took note of Coury’s mix of musicality and story-based lyrics: “Despite its themes of betrayal, dissatisfaction and letdown for its lead singer, the song’s sticking point is an irresistibly buoyant beat that should keep listeners tuned in and dancing” (June 19, 2010). Tino Coury is a Pittsburgh bred, Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter and producer and is the first artist signed to indie label Eleventh Records, distributed through Universal’s Fontana—has been earning fans all over the country by performing on national television and at shows with Jason Derulo, Drake, Train, Iyaz, New Boyz, Mike Posner, Kelly Rowland, Cartel, Kris Allen, and the Backstreet Boys, among others In 2012 Tino Coury released his first full length album titled This One"s Foreign
Collaborations on the album included Da Internz, Sham & Motesart, Kadis & Sean and Mansur and songwriters Redd Stylez, Jackie Boyz, Lil Eddie, and Marlin "Hookman" Bonds.
"Diary" music was featured on soundtrack of the game Tap Tap Revenge 3.
