Career
During his career, Rząsa represented Sokół Pniewy (Poland), Grasshoppers (Switzerland), Lugano (Switzerland), Young Boys (Switzerland), De Graafschap (Netherlands), Feyenoord (Netherlands), Partizan (Serbia), Heerenveen (Netherlands), ADO Den Haag (Netherlands) and Ried (Austria). Consequently they played the 2002 Union of European Football Associations Super Cup but they lost against Real Madrid. Rząsa played both finals.
With Partizan he was the newcomer that alongside Ljubinko Drulović, Taribo West and others, helped the club reach the Champions League group stage.
In Serbia, his name was spelled and pronounced Žonsa. He played an impressive 58 league matches in just two seasons with Ried.
He played for Polish national team, for which he played 36 matches and scored one goal. He was a participant at the 2002 Fédération internationale de football association World Cup.
