Born in Plovdiv in Bulgaria, Bejarno was educated at a gymnasium in Switzerland before studying economics at the University of Milan.

He made aliyah to Mandatory Palestine in 1936. He was re-elected in 1955, but lost his seat in the 1959 elections. He died in 1971 at the age of 61.
A member of Bank Leumi"s directorate, he was also a member of the Advisory Board of the Bank of Israel
A member of the General Zionists, he was elected to the Knesset on the party"s list in 1951.
