Siavii was selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the second round (36th overall) of the 2004 NFL Draft.
In 2005, his playing time was limited by a knee injury he suffered in training camp.
The next year he kept suffering from knee injuries and was placed on the physically unable to perform list, before being waived on September 2, 2006. He eventually needed microfracture surgery on his right knee.

After being out of football for 2 years, he was signed as a free agent by the Dallas Cowboys on January 23, 2008. He was released on August 31.
He was re-signed on January 12, 2009 and played in 16 games as the backup to nose tackle Jay Ratliff.
