Ramadan adored Rembrandt, Caravaggio, Velasquez, the impressionist Van Gogh, and surrealist Salvador Dalí. He favored oil painting technique, but loved expressing himself using pastel and freestyle drawing.

In his artistic creations, Ramadan often portrayed the antiquity and traditions of his nation.
Soon after graduation (1980), he was honoured for his work by being accepted as a member of the Association of Figurative Artists of Kosovo where he contributed to over 30 art exhibits nationally as well as internationally.
