He further studied at the Uttar Pradesh College of Fine Arts as well as Advanced Course on News Photography and Pictorial Layout conducted by the International Institute of Journalism, Berlin held in Manila in 1996.

While at UST, he served as Staff Artist of the university"s official student publication, The Varsitarian. Later, he worked as a Political Cartoonist at Midweek magazine and later at Abante. Since 1983, he had joined fellow artists in group exhibitions in art galleries in Manila, New Zealand and Australia.

Zulueta is currently a Lifestyle Photographer in the Philippines’ leading national newspaper. Manila Bulletin. Pinggot Zulueta"s Art style is Social Commentary and Abstraction. His latest solo exhibition was in November 2013 called "Makatulog Ka Pa Kaya" (in collaboration with National Artist for Literature, Virgilio Almario) at the Crucible Gallery, Master of Science Megamall.
He also participated in a group exhibition held in the Asian Arts Gallery in Maryland, United States of America called "ART FILIPINO: Works by Filipino Artists" last 2013.
