Espoo district prosecutor says that Tuula Teeri is guilty of breaching the workers" rights, which is punishable under the Criminal Code of Finland.
The Labour Court has already sentenced Aalto University to pay the unlawfully dismissed workplace steward a compensation of 100 000 euros. According to the Labour Court, the workplace steward was dismissed based on unfounded allegations.
