Career
Scotti was an external student of the Imperial Academy of Arts. In 1831 and 1832 he was awarded the small and big silver medals concerning his drawing success. In 1839-1844 Scotti resided in Italy.
In 1849-1856 Scotti worked in the Moscow Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture.
