Career
The song "Beautiful You" was featured in season four of Dance Moms in the episode "Decisions Decisions". Online music magazine "Department Foreign Sound" wrote: "Think piano-driven popular with youthful sensibilities and you’ve made a start in exploring the world that is NLJ. He has the credentials to match and is a winning package." Nathan Leigh Jones can regularly be heard as a voice over artist on Australian television and radio commercials, having worked on major campaigns for Hungry Jack"s (Burger King), Mitsubishi Motors and Jamster. More recently, Nathan is the promo voice on Australian free-to-air digital television channel Eleven, as well as subscription television channels Nickelodeon Australia and Music Television Australia.
He is currently represented by Sydney based voice over agency RMK Voices.
Nathan Leigh Jones composed and arranged the music for "Centrelink The al", which made its sold-out debut at the 2008 Adelaide Fringe Festival. He also co-wrote the single "Pick lieutenant Up" for American Idol Season 5 semi-finalist Ayla Brown, which was performed live on American breakfast television show Fox & Friends on 15 February 2010.
All proceeds from the single benefited New York City charity The Ali Forney Center.
