Career
Mazara signed with the Texas Rangers as an international free agent to a record $5 million bonus in July 2011. He made his professional debut with the Arizona League Rangers in 2012 and hit.264/.383/.448 with six home runs in 54 games. In 2013, Mazara played in 126 games for the Hickory Crawdads, hitting.236/.310/.382 with 13 home runs.
Mazara returned to Hickory to start 2014.
In August he was promoted to the Double-A Frisco Roughriders, skipping High-A. On August 17, 2015 Mazara was promoted to American Automobile Association Round Rock. The Rangers added him to their 40-man roster after the 2015 season.
