Kashif Shuja is a Pakistan-born Kiwi from Auckland, New Zealand. He also represented Pakistan on the world circuit and the Commonwealth Games in 1998. He was ranked 5 in the national men"s ranking list which was led by the legendary Jansher Khan.
He turned pro at the end of 2005 when he led New Zealand in the World Men"s Team Championships in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Kashif now resides in Palmerston North where he coaches Squash as well as works for Massey University and Palmerston North Boys High School College House. He also runs www.squashies.co.nz and markets a Squash brand by the name of Salming.
He still actively plays Squash - ranked 7 in New Zealand and 147 in the world.
