Kaiser played multiple positions such as quarterback, safety, and cornerback. He played his first three seasons at quarterback. He was moved to defensive back his senior year and recorded 55 total tackles and lead the Heart of America Athletic Conference.

Kaiser owns and operates Viewpoint Chiropractic in Littleton, Colorado. In 2006, he was inducted into the Culver-Stockton College Athletic Hall-of-Fame.
Jason is married to his high school sweetheart, Sheri Bruscino.
