He is Cabinet Minister of Urban Development and Housing in state of Bihar. He was 3 time Modern Language Association in Bihar Legislative Assembly. Hazari is a cousin of Ram Vilas Paswan.
Interestingly, he defeated Ram Vilas’s brother Ram Chandra Paswan.
His father Ramsewak Hazari was Socialist politician, and was an 8 times Modern Language Association in the Bihar Assembly and he was elected to 6 Loksabha Election as a Member of Parliament.
He is an ex member of the Indian Parliament, and represented Samastipur (Lok Sabha constituency).
