Marina Andreevna Kozlovskaya – a Soviet Russian painter, living and working in Leningrad – Saint St. Petersburg, regarded as one of the leading representatives of the Leningrad school of painting, most famous for her landscape paintings.
Education
In 1952 Kozlovskaya graduated from Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after Ilya Repin in Boris Ioganson personal Art Studio. Studied of Boris Fogel, Semion Abugov, Genrikh Pavlovsky, Mikhail Platunov, Alexander Zaytsev.
Career
Marina Andreevna Kozlovskaya wa born April 7, 1925 in Leningrad, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics. Since 1953 Marina Kozlovskaya participated in Art Exhibitions. Paint landscapes, portraits, still lifes, genre pictures. Her personal exhibitions were in Belgorod (1981) and Leningrad (1984).
She was a wife of well-known Russian painter Boris Korneev (1922–1973), Honored Artist of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. Paintings by Marina Andreevna Kozlovskaya reside in Art museums and private collections in Russia, France, Germany, and throughout the world.
