Fulham
Passley started his football career at Fulham and joined them at age eleven. Passley was initially a winger, but switched role to the right back at sixteen, as well as, playing as centre-back. Passley signed his first professional contract with the club in 2013
On 29 January 2015, Passley joined Portsmouth in an initial one-month youth loan.
Passley made his Portsmouth debut days later, playing 90 minutes, in a 0-0 draw against Wycombe Wanderers.
His recent run of first team saw him help the club save three clean sheets for three games, playing as a wing-back role, the same position he played while at Shrewsbury Town. Having made six appearance so far, Passley"s loan spell with Portsmouth was extended for another month and again until the end of the season.
However, Passley"s loan spell with Portsmouth came to an end on 12 April 2015 after suffering an injury against Morecambe. At the end of the 2014-2015 season, Passley was among nine players to leave the club
Dagenham & Redbridge
Passley joined League Two club Dagenham & Redbridge on a one-year deal.
