Career
He represented Yarmouth County in the Nova Scotia House of Assembly from 1916 to 1920 as a Liberal member. He was born in Lower East Pubnico, Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia, the son of George David d'Entremont, who was the son of Simon d'Entremont, and Catherine Murphy. He opened a general store in Lower East Pubnico in June 1883.
He also shipped mackerel, lobster, halibut and blueberries for sale in the United States. D'Entremont married Sophia LeBlanc. He died in office in Lower East Pubnico at the age of 61.
