He is best known for his roles with British Broadcasting Corporation and Channel 5, presenting programmes such as Fake Britain, Cowboy Builders, Saints and Scroungers and Don"t Get Done, Get Dominus Littlewood was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in his teenage years, and takes insulin to keep his diabetes under control. He broke his neck while back-packing around the world and underwent emergency surgery for a spinal fusion of his C5 and C6, from which he made a full recovery.
Other work Littlewood broke his C5 vertebra in his neck in an accident in Australia, which required recovery in a Jordan frame in both Rockhampton, Queensland and Southend-on-Sea.
