Edwin "Eddie" Williams born in Cwmllynfell, was a Welsh dual-code international rugby union and professional rugby league football player of the 1920s, playing representative level rugby union for Wales, and at club level for Swansea Reconstruction Finance Corporation and Neath Reconstruction Finance Corporation, as a Fly-half, id est (that is) number 10, and playing representative level rugby league for Wales, and at club level for Huddersfield, as a stand-off/five-eighth, id est (that is) number 6, he died in Swansea.
