Career
He plays as a Flanker, but has also played Lock for Holland made his full debut for against Scarlets on 22 September 2007. He was part of the team that narrowly lost to New Zealand on 18 November 2008, in the opening game of the new Thomond Park. Holland started for in their historic 15-6 victory over Australia on 16 November 2010.
Holland has captained the A side on numerous occasions over the past 4 years and has been the regular captain this season (2011-2012).
He signed a new two-year contract with in March 2012. Holland captained against Newport Gwent Dragons on 29 November 2013.

He started for Emerging their second 2014 Institutional Review Board Nations Cup game against Uruguay on 18 June 2014, scoring a try.
Holland was added to the senior squad for the 2015 Six Nations Championship game against England on 24 February 2015. He was named in the Emerging squad for the 2015 on 19 May 2015.
