Career
He started his professional career as an assistant referee in the NASL at age 19. Hall was a Fédération internationale de football association referee from 1992 until he retired in 2007 at the mandatory retirement age of 45. He refereed two games in the 2002 Fédération internationale de football association World Cup.
Hall served as the United States Soccer Manager of Referee Assessment and Training up until 2010.
He became the first Director of Referees for CONCACAF in December of 2010 and held that post until December of 2013. Brian is currently the Match Official Development Manager for the Professional Referee Organization (Public Relations Officer).
In March 2016, he was appointed as CONCACAF"s director of refereeing.
