She changed her name circa 2002 and has not revealed her birth name. Keagan hosts Number Good television"s original programming, including series Up Close with Carrie Keagan and In Bed with Carrie. She guest co-hosted East!"s The Daily 10.

In 2011 she began hosting her own show Big Morning Buzz Live on Video Hits One. Keagan left the show in 2013 and was replaced by Nick Lachey. In August 2014, Keagan helped to raise awareness of the disease Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis by participating in the Ice Bucket Challenge.

Keagan was featured as a "Babe of the Month" in Playboy Magazine in July 2008, was photographed by television producer Brannon Braga for Femme Fatales Magazine and has been featured on the cover of Garage magazine. She also appeared as a guest model on The Price Is Right in 2013.
