Chad Weininger is a Wisconsin administrator, politician and former Republican legislator from Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Education
Born in Green Bay, Weininger attended Ashwaubenon High School. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Norbert College, in political science and business administration, and went on to obtain an Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University.
Career
He was a former city clerk of Green Bay when he was elected to the 4th Wisconsin State Assembly district in 2010, with 12,476 votes to 8,361 for Democrat Sam Dunlop. Re-elected in 2012, he chose not to run for re-election in 2014, instead accepting a post as director of administration for Brown County, Wisconsin. The successor, David Steffen, was chosen in the 2014 general election, by defeating Democrat Chris Plaunt.
