Within one week of its release, the jazz-popular-soul album was listed as number 19 in the Top 300 iTunes Jazz Album Downloads (wwwtop100musicdownloadscom). Born in New York and raised in North Miami Beach and Boca Raton by her dancer-actress-singer mother and musician-teacher father, Dolandis began studying dance at age five. She entered the world of musical theatre when she was seven at a community theatre summer camp, turning pro at age ten as the understudy in Annie Warbucks at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2007 from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies: Arts and Humanities, with minors in Commercial Music and Communications.
An on air personality for Nickelodeon’s SPLAT! and Friday Night Slimetime, Dolandis has also been featured on Showtime in Harlem (formerly Showtime at the Apollo), National Broadcasting Company"s Fame, Video Hits One"s In Search of The Partridge Family, and The Discovery Channel’s New Detectives. She has hosted many South Florida events including “Battle of the Bands” and “Teen Cabaret” for Boca Raton Educational television, as well as hosting and field producing college campus tour videos for YOUniversityTV. A voice over artist for Home Box Office Latin America, Dolandis has also provided the English voice for numerous foreign films and cartoon series including Mini Goddesses, El Arca (Disney Spain), Combo Ninos, and Peppa Pig (Cartoon Network).
She also collaborated with Approaching Nirvana for two songs, "Keeps Maine Breathing" and "Aim for Maine", both released in 2014 on Approaching Nirvana"s album "AИimals". City Link Magazine says “The Girl Can Wail”.
Boca News has called her a “Powerhouse”, and Goldcoast Magazine has labeled her “The Song Bird.” She has performed the national anthem for the Florida Marlins, the Miami Heat, the Florida Panthers, the Entertainment and Sports Programming Network Firefighter Combat Challenge, the Andy Roddick Charity Foundation, and at several events for Florida Atlantic University and throughout South Florida.
She also has over 1,000 pig collectibles.
