Christopher John "Chris" Minns is an Australian politician who was elected to the New South Wales Legislative Assembly as the member for Kogarah for the Australian Labor Party at the 2015 New South Wales state election.

Minns was a Hurstville City Councillor and served as deputy mayor. He also worked on the staff of Carl Scully and John Robertson.
