Aida Stucki studied with Ernst Wolters in Winterthur, Stefi Geyer in Zurich and Carl Flesch in Lucerne.
As early as 1948 she began teaching in Winterthur, and in 1992, she joined the first violin master class of the former Winterthur Conservatory (today Zürcher Hochschule der Künste), where she worked until her resignation. Their most famous pupil is Anne-Sophie Mutter. Many musicians, who today dominate the international musical life, emerged from the school.
In 1975 she was awarded the prize of the Winterthur Carl Heinrich Ernst Art Foundation.
