Career
She specialises in the study of glycomics and the carbohydrate structures that modify proteins. She is currently Professor of Carbohydrate Biochemistry at Imperial College London. Dell was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2009 Birthday Honours.
