Views
Tapen Sinha declared that a tsunami of retirees is coming to Mexico in the 2030s - the same way that France had in 2023. The Mexican Government will not have resources to pay for it. There are two possible solutions: Cut the benefits for the incoming cohort or increase taxes. The tax rise is estimated to eat up a half of the federal government revenue. That would be unacceptable to the taxpayers.

Personality
Despite being an academic all his life, Tapen never wanted to be one in the first place. All he wanted was to have a regular nine-to-five job and practice yoga in peace. But that was not to be.
Eventually, after retiring from his regular teaching at age 65, he has finally dedicated himself to serious research on yoga.
He has set up a Youtube channel for it.
