Vladimir Alexandrovich Korablinov was born on July 18, 1906 in the village Uglyanets, Voronezh oblast, Russian Federation.
Vladimir Alexandrovich studied in the Voronezh Art Workshops for two years (1919).
Vladimir Alexandrovich was unreasonably repressed in 1931, serving time in Siberia (city of Mariinsk). Upon his returning to Voronezh, he worked as a newspaper artist, book designer. From 1939 he lived in Borisoglebsk town, where he worked as an artist in the aviation school club. In 1946-1950 he lived at the station Grafskaya of the South-Eastern Railway. He moved again to Voronezh in 1950.
In the early 1950s, he wrote a screenplay about Alexey Vasilyevich Koltsov, on the basis of which the novel "The Life of Koltsov" was created (1954). In 1958 the play "Alexey Koltsov" was staged at the Voronezh Drama Theater.
