Since 1968 he worked as a Teacher at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey, United States. From 1973 to 1975 Samuel was a Teacher in Kean College in Union City, New Jersey, United States. Since 1983 he worked as a Consultant at the applied music department at the Seton Hall University in New Jersey, United States.
