Career
He was president of the Administrative Court in Zagreb (1929-1932, 1935-1945) and after the Second World War the president of Croatian Supreme Court (1945-1946). The League of Nations appointed him as a member of international government (1932-1935) for Saarland region.
He liked sport since he was a child. He combined his academic training and practice with sports and worked as football referee for many years. Milovan Zoričić was one of the founders of the Academic Sports Club in Zagreb in 1903 and was one of its most active members. In 1908 he translated football rules from English and explained them. By decision of the Croatian Sports Association the new rules were declared the official rules. In 1912 he became the first president of the Croatian Football Federation.
