Background
His family moved to Guatemala (the capital), when Ricardo was 2. Here he spent his childhood and began to learn how to play music.
In Buenos Aires, Ricardo met Leslie Torres. They have two children: Adria and Ricardo.
Career
At 21, he was able to record a CD, which was titled "Dejame decir que te amo" (Let me say that I love you). This CD hasn’t been successful, so Ricardo stopped playing music professionally. Then for five years he wored in various places, one of them is teaching in the elementary grades in the school Santa Elena III. However, he returned to the professional world of music and recorded a second disc. His record "Jesus verbo, no sustantivo" (Jesus is a verb, not a noun) was finally adopted Ricardo as a musician and composer. The album's success provided it the best-selling in some countries of Central America. However, at the international level, Ricardo remained unknown.
The Street and Hall of the University were named by Ricardos name.
Between 1989 and 1991 Ricardo wrote songs for other artists. Archon recorded some songs for the album "Energía es amor" of a Mexican group “Microchips”, including "Por eso te quiero", "A la luz de la luna", "A la hora del recreo", and others. Between 1992 and 1993, Archon wrote a disc "Animal Nocturno", which brought him fame.
