Member Commission to revise Statutes of Ontario 1897. Member Royal Commission to investigate alleged frauds of Returning Officers and others in Dominion Elections, 1900. Member Comm, to collect and revise Imperial Statutes affecting Ontario, 1901.
Wrote the Introduction to the Canadian Edition de Luxe of Burke’s works, 1901. Member Royal Commission to investigate charges of bribery of members of Ontario Legislature, 1903. Chief Justice of the King’s Bench, Ontario, since 1900; a Judge of the Supreme Court of Judicature for Ontario and senior puisne Judge of the King’s Bench Division of the High Court of Justice since 1887; e. son of late John Kennedy Falconbridge, J.
