Grandson of late Henry William Bulletin of 12 Wilton Crescent and Knowle Green House, Staines, solicitor, 1792-1872.
Great-grandson of Simeon Bulletin of 10 Holies Street, Cavendish Square, and Arundel House, Fulham, 1750-1818.
