Peter Vincent received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Idaho State University in Pocatello in 1973.
Peter Vincent employed as a lecturer in photography at Idaho State University since 1977, he also taught at the Sun Valley Center for the Arts and Humanities in 1978 and 1979 and worked as an artist, photographer, and assistant production manager for Eastern Idaho Television Corporation from 1974 to 1976.
His work was the subject of a PBS documentary aired by KBGL in November 1979 in Pocatello, Idaho. His works question reality through the experimental use of hand-coloring techniques.
Peter Vincent has been a member of SPE since 1978 and of Friends of Photography since 1976.
