  Achievements include discovery of adenylate kinase energy transport shuttle of double charged ATP (AT~P~P) and AMP-metabolic signaling circuit and its critical role in heart, skeletal muscle and stem cell energetics and metabolic monitoring. Discovery of glycolytic, GAPDH/PGK catalyzed high energy phosphoryl, Pi and NADH transport/ligand conduction circuits and their role in heart and stem cell bioenergetics. Discovery of vesicle-mediated secretion into nucleus and intracellular Mg2+ waves. Developed phosphotransfer network and system bioenergetics concepts and 18O-assisted 31P NMR/MS phosphometabolomics technology. Member of American Heart Association, American Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Biophysical Society, American Physiological Society, and Metabolomics Society.
