Wentworth, Ralph Strafford was born on December 18, 1890 in Brockton, Massachusetts, United States. Son of Frank Willis and Linnie Glee (Garney) Wentworth.


Bachelor of Science, United States Naval Academy, 1912, student post graduate school, 1928-1929. Graduated from Nava War College, 1938.
