Rebecca Maddox graduated from Pennsylvania State University, receiving her Bachelor of Arts in 1975. In 1985 she finished Columbia University with Master of Business Administration degree.
Mr. Maddox worked as an accountant for Guardian Life, Revlon, and Arthur Anderson & Co. She was a senior vice president for Capitol Holding, Citicorp, and Comp-U-Card. She served as a president and founder of Capital Rose, Inc., Malvern, PA. Later she joined board of directors of Right Associates and became a member of advisory board, PNC Bank, N.A.
