Redley A. Killion is a Micronesian politician and public servant, who served two consecutive terms as the sixth Vice President of the Federated States of Micronesia from May 1999 to May 2007.


Killion, Redley was born on October 23, 1951 in Weno, Chuuk Stat, Micronesia.


Bachelor in Economics, University Hawaii, 1973. Master of Arts in Economics, Vanderbilt University, 1978.


With Trust Territory Government Headquarters/Department Resources and Development, Saipan, Micronesia, 1974-1979. Director Department Resources and Development, 1979-1986. Elected At-Large Four-Year Seat FSM Congress, 1987-1999.

Elected 6th vice president Federated State of Micronesia, since 1999. Vice-chairman committee on ways and means, member committee on resources and development, health, education and social affairs, Congress of Federal States of Micronesia.


Married Jacinta Antonio. Nine children.
