Currently he is the Director of New Communities Partnership, but he actively participates in other organizations that promote diversity, integration, enterprise and minority empowerment. Oko-Flex Inya was born in Afikpo, Nigeria and received a Certificate in Commerce from University College Dublin, a Human Resources Management Degree from Dublin Institute of Technology, and Masters of Arts in Management from Dublin City University. Oko-Flex Inya continues to work towards empowering minorities and in June 2014 he led the launch of Migrant Family Support Service, which was backed by New Communities Partnership (NCP) <> and Community Foundation for Ireland <>.
As part of the European Cultural Foundation,in the team of Miriam Hederman O"brien (former Irish Chief Justice) and others, Reginald was a delegate to make presentation to Irish Parliament Joint Committee on European Affairs in January 2011: <>.
