Education

In 1971 Richard studied at the University of California in Berkeley, California, United States. He became a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Career

Richard was on the photography staff of the Associated Students of the University of California Studio in Berkeley, California, United States, from 1971 to 1977.

In black-and-white, and more recently color, the photographer's work has included a documentary of street life in Berkeley and photographs of the desert at dusk, for which he used flash.
