Thereafter, he was general counsel for the Financial Indemnity Company, another auto carrier, for five years before forming the firm of Bolton & Hemer. The latter firm was in existence until 1983.
The present firm was established in 1984 and is dedicated to the aggressive defense of civil litigation.
