R.T. Mutzabaugh began the practice of law in McKean County in 1926 and in 1960, his son, Richard West. Mutzabaugh joined with him to form the firm of Mutzabaugh & Mutzabaugh. In 1976, Robert L. Saunders joined the firm and was added thereafter as a partner.
