After opening an office in Indianapolis in 1862, he carried on work in Indiana and neighboring states until 1912, engaged in designing churches, schools, college buildings and residences.
One of his more important later works was the Lilly G Company’s Pharmaceutical Plant at Indianapolis. In 1912 Mr. Daggett gave up practice to spend his remaining years in California.
