Worked at Abogados Mesta y Asociados, South Carolina (U.S.) (Chihuahua, Chihuahua) specializing in Corporate Law, Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions, Environmental Law, Antitrust, Antidumping, Labor and Employment, Customs, Securities, Finance and North American Free Trade Agreement (North American Free Trade Agreement). The firm was established in the City of Chihuahua, Mexico in 1984 and was the first corporate law firm with international experience in the city. Our practice has expanded to other states in Mexico (Monterrey, North.L., Guadalajara, Torreon, Mexico City and other states), in which we represent Mexican as well as foreign companies.
