On Pacific Coast and in Mexico, chief engineer Electric Bond & Share Company, New York, 1906-1919. President R.J. McClelland Company, investments, 1923-1931, investment banking, London, Paris, Edinburgh and Zurich. A pioneer in long-distance electric power transmission, and writer on technical and economic topics pertaining thereto.
