He completed his elementary educations at Kay Khosravi school and learned English language in Yazd.
Career
He founded "Giv"s Charity foundation" in 1958 for supporting needy people. He was also selected as the senator of the Iranian senate in 1963, due to his charity work for the Iranian people., is a large garden which is located in Tehran Pars Street of Tehran.
This garden has an area of about 25000 square meters, including residential buildings, a meeting hall, two schools, sports ground, library and a fire temple.
Making an Ab anbar in Yazd, which has 4000 cubic meter capacity and provides clean and safe water for people is another one of his charity works. Arbab Rustam Guiv, has Built some Schools for Iranian Children, Giv"s elementary school, Ostad Khdobabakhsh elementary school and "Ostad pour-Davood elementary school" are the schools which he has built for boys and girls in Tehran.
He has also donated 15000 square meters ground to Ministry of Education in Damavand County.
