Graves is an avid surfer, and grew up competing for his high school surf team at Horizon High School. Graves serves as the SVP of Global Operations at Uber. He served as Uber"s Chief Executive Officer and General Manager from February 2010 to December 2010 and his Chief Executive Officer role was replaced by one of Uber"s founders Travis Kalanick.
